Responsibilities

Generate and convert leads through networking, prospecting, and company platforms
Represent buyers, sellers, investors, and tenants in real estate transactions
Conduct property tours, open houses, and virtual showings
Prepare market analyses, pricing strategies, and investment summaries
Negotiate offers and contracts with professionalism and accuracy
Maintain client records and notes in CRM
Stay informed on market trends and inventory
Attend trainings, team meetings, and company events
Collaborate with agents, leadership, and support staff to achieve goals

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in residential or commercial real estate
Active Illinois Real Estate License (required)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Self-motivated, results-driven mindset
