Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads through networking, prospecting, and company platforms
- Represent buyers, sellers, investors, and tenants in real estate transactions
- Conduct property tours, open houses, and virtual showings
- Prepare market analyses, pricing strategies, and investment summaries
- Negotiate offers and contracts with professionalism and accuracy
- Maintain client records and notes in CRM
- Stay informed on market trends and inventory
- Attend trainings, team meetings, and company events
- Collaborate with agents, leadership, and support staff to achieve goals
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in residential or commercial real estate
- Active Illinois Real Estate License (required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
