Amo Realty, a real estate brokerage serving all of Chicago, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our team.
What You’ll Do
- Vet incoming leads and distribute to busy real estate agents in the office
- Schedule showings for real estate agents
- Act as the central point of contact for client inquiries, leads, and agent scheduling
- Coordinate property showings, listing updates, and transaction paperwork
- Ensure smooth communication between agents and clients
- Assist in showing of properties for our clients across the Chicagoland
What We’re Looking For
- Previous real estate sales or real estate sales support experience required.
- Knowledge & experience with Illinois real estate forms, disclosures
- Active IL real estate license required as sales coordinators interact with clients
