Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Chicago Area for a Commercial Real Estate Broker. The selected candidate will be responsible for tasks such as lease negotiations, property brokerage, commercial real estate transactions, and tenant representation. The role involves working closely with clients to facilitate sales and leasing of commercial properties.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lease Negotiations and Tenant Representation
- Strong skills in Brokerage and Sales
- Expertise in Commercial Real Estate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships
- Prior experience in the Greater Chicago Area market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
