Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and experienced Real Estate Brokers/Agents & Leasing Agents to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping clients.
Responsibilities
- Represent buyers, sellers, and renters in real estate transactions
- Conduct market research to stay informed about property values & trends
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies for listings
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms
- Guide clients through financing options and the buying/selling process
- Ensure compliance with real estate law & Fair Housing regulations
- Maintain accurate transaction records and client communication
- Build lasting relationships through outstanding customer service
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker/Agent ( 1 year minimum experience required)
- Strong negotiation and marketing skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Bilingual or multilingual skills highly desirable
- Knowledge of property management and real estate law (preferred)
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
- Knowledge of the Chicago Real Estate Market
