Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Broker located in the Greater Chicago Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Broker will manage day-to-day activities including client consultations, property showings, sales negotiations, and transaction management. The broker will also be responsible for maintaining industry knowledge, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with marketing and sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Brokerage and Real Estate skills
- Customer Service and Sales skills
- Knowledge of Real Property regulations and laws
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Illinois
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with REO and pre-foreclosed properties is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
