Individuals who are licensed agents, have experience in the fix and flip space, property management or wholesaling thrive in this role and have income potential that is unmatched.
What You'll DoSource residential properties through prospecting, referrals, and inbound leadsBuild relationships with homeowners, wholesalers, agents, and other local sourcesAnalyze properties to determine investment value (ARV, repair costs, comps, etc.)Negotiate and secure purchase contractsWork closely with your team of Sales Agents to ensure a fast, efficient transaction
