We Are Hiring: Commercial Real Estate Brokers Nationwide
Maintown Solar is expanding and seeking experienced Commercial Real Estate Specialists/Brokers to join our nationwide team on a contract or referral basis.
This role is ideal for professionals with a background in commercial real estate, hotels, motels, or warehouses who have access to property owners and decision-makers.
Role Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with commercial property owners across the country, including warehouses, hotels, motels, retail, and office buildings.
- Source warehouses with a minimum of 50,000 square feet of roof space suitable for solar projects.
- Present solar energy solutions designed to reduce electricity costs while leveraging Federal Tax Credits, USDA Grants, State Incentives, and flexible financing programs.
- Collaborate with Maintown Solar’s project team to ensure a smooth process from consultation through installation.

Candidate Qualifications:

- Familiarity with sustainability and solar energy is a plus; training will be provided.
