Addison Group is hiring for our client, a respected organization in the industrial real estate sector. This is a contract-to-hire role with excellent growth potential into property management.
Job Description:
The Property Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the property management team. This role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to deadlines, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments. It’s well-suited for someone with administrative or property coordination experience who is eager to advance into a property management career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate tenant move-ins/outs, utilities, and vendor records.
- Process invoices, accounts payable/receivable, and expense reports.
- Maintain tenant and vendor insurance and contract documentation.
- Handle work order tracking, follow-up, and tenant communication.
- Support managers with budgets, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Assist with tenant relations and company events.
- Provide scheduling and administrative support to property managers.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of administrative experience with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Background in real estate preferred (commercial or residential).
- Strong communication, follow-up, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage competing priorities.
