- Culture Leadership: Build and nurture a strong team culture by organizing events, hosting training sessions, and keeping energy high in team communications.
- Mentoring & Coaching: Inspire and guide agents to convert leads, grow their pipelines, and leverage social media to scale their businesses.
- Agent Recruitment: Own market growth by attracting and recruiting top talent to your team.

- Top Performer: You’ve already proven yourself in real estate with consistent production and results — now you’re ready for a bigger stage.

What We Offer:
- Pay Range: Expected earnings of $75,000–$150,000+ annually, driven by industry-leading commission splits (up to 100%) and 10% revenue share, giving you full control over your income.
- Commission Split: 100% commission split after only $15,000 in deals closed
- Passive Income: 10% revenue share for every agent you recruit to your team
