Job Summary
As a Real Estate Agent at Brokerworks, you’ll guide buyers and sellers through the full transaction lifecycle while plugging into an ongoing training calendar, 1:1 and small-group coaching, and a supportive team culture. You’ll pair excellent client care with proven systems—always operating with professionalism and full compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
What You’ll Do
- Represent buyers and sellers with expert advice, clear communication, and proactive service.
- Conduct market research and pricing analysis; prepare compelling CMAs and listing strategies.
- Market listings across multiple channels using Brokerworks playbooks and templates.
- Write, present, and negotiate offers/counteroffers to win favorable outcomes.
- Manage showings, open houses, and client meetings efficiently and professionally.
- Prepare and organize contracts, disclosures, and transaction files with compliance in mind.
- Maintain a clean pipeline and client database; track activities and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with teammates—share wins, role-play scripts, and refine skills in workshops.
Training, Coaching & Tools (Agent Growth Engine)
- Weekly skill sessions & workshops: scripts, objection handling, pricing, marketing, and systems.
- Business planning & accountability pods: set targets, track KPIs, and stay on pace.
- Mentorship & peer masterminds: learn from top producers and accelerate your ramp.
- Marketing toolkit: branded templates, listing/offer playbooks, and social/posting guides.
- Transaction support resources: checklists, timelines, and compliance guidance.
- Tech stack training: CRM usage, email templates, and productivity best practices.
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Completes onboarding workshops and scripts practice; adopts Brokerworks playbooks.
- Builds a healthy pipeline with consistent lead follow-up and database touches.
- Runs at least one listing and one buyer consultation using our frameworks.
- Demonstrates contract accuracy, on-time milestones, and Fair Housing compliance.
- Actively participates in team trainings and shares takeaways with peers.
