This is your opportunity to partner with Jay Reid, a 28-year veteran Realtor who has successfully mentored agents in becoming confident Realtors with tried and proven systems that produce more sales. Jay will personally train and coach you on how to work effectively with both buyers and sellers, giving you the competitive edge to close more deals and grow your business.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed real estate agents (new or experienced).
- Outgoing, self-driven, and relationship-focused individuals
- Agents with a large personal network or social media following
- Passion for marketing and connecting with people online and in-person
- Willingness to learn, grow, and be mentored
What You’ll Get:

Compensation:
- 70/30 split on deals you generate yourself (buyers or sellers)
- 50/50 split on deals referred to you by Jay (buyers or sellers)
