Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent at Kale Realty, located in Chicago, IL with some work from home options available. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property market research, listing properties, showing clients various properties, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service to clients to ensure a smooth transaction process.
Qualifications
- An active Real Estate License
- Experience in Sales and Real Estate
- Knowledge of Real Property
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with Chicago real estate market is a plus
