Leasing & Sales Agent Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in finding rental or purchase properties that match their needs.
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and client consultations.
- Negotiate lease terms, purchase contracts, and ensure smooth transactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, buyers, and renters.
- Provide market analysis and pricing strategies for clients.
- Stay informed on market trends, financing options, and industry regulations.

Requirements:
- Leasing Agents: Illinois real estate leasing license.
- Sales Agents: Illinois real estate broker license.
